All content published on lovablewebagency.com — text, images, logos, visual identity, source code, videos and illustrations — is the exclusive property of Axe Capital unless stated otherwise. The trading names “Lovable Web Agency” and “Axe Capital” are protected. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written consent. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement under articles L335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The “Lovable” trademark and logo are the property of Lovable Labs AB and are used under its Partner programme. “Supabase” is a trademark of Supabase Inc. “Stripe” is a trademark of Stripe Inc.

5. Personal data & GDPR

Data controller: Axe Capital, represented by Simon Berna, President.

Data Protection Officer (DPO): no DPO has been appointed to date. As an SME that does not carry out large-scale processing of sensitive data within the meaning of article 37 GDPR, Axe Capital is not legally required to appoint one. For any question about your personal data, contact bonjour@lovablewebagency.com — Axe Capital will respond within one month, as required by article 12 GDPR.

Purposes: client and prospect relationship management, performance of contracted services, invoicing, website usage statistics.

Legal bases: performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR), legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR), consent for non-essential cookies (art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Retention periods: 3 years after the last contact for prospects, 10 years for accounting records (French legal obligation).

Recipients: Axe Capital only, and its technical sub-processors (Lovable Labs AB, Supabase Inc., Resend Inc., HubSpot Inc.) bound by GDPR-compliant agreements.

Transfers outside the EU: data is hosted in the European Union (AWS EU via Supabase). Some sub-processors (Resend, HubSpot) may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023).

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction. To exercise them, email bonjour@lovablewebagency.com with proof of identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL ( www.cnil.fr).
