The challenge

The brief: rapidly ship a full product platform (marketing site + authenticated app + payments) under strong constraints: demonstrate AI value without jargon, allow a scoped free trial, integrate Stripe subscriptions and prepare scalability. Target timeline: 96 hours, from kick-off to go-live, to open a private beta for an invited user panel.
