Our approach in detail
Phase 1: Strategic Brief & Discovery
Day 1 (2-4 hours)
We start with an in-depth discovery session where we discuss your business objectives, target audience, competitors, and vision. This phase includes market analysis, user journey definition, and creation of a detailed specification. We use proven frameworks (Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Design) to structure this thinking.
Phase 2: UX/UI Design & Architecture
Day 1-2 (4-8 hours)
Our design team creates high-fidelity mockups in Figma following UX/UI best practices. We define the graphic charter (colors, typography, components), create wireframes and mockups, and validate the design with you. Technical architecture is defined in parallel (stack, integrations, data structure).
Phase 3: Accelerated AI Development
Day 2-3 (8-16 hours)
This is where Lovable AI comes into play. We develop your site using AI to generate production-quality React/TypeScript code. We integrate components, connect APIs, set up authentication and backend if needed. Each element is tested manually and automatically. SEO/performance optimization is integrated from the start.
Phase 4: Testing, Optimization & Deployment
Day 3-4 (4-8 hours)
We conduct exhaustive testing (functional, responsive, performance, accessibility) on all browsers and devices. Final adjustments are made, content finalized and optimized. The site is deployed on production infrastructure (Vercel/Netlify). We configure the domain, analytics, monitoring, and transfer all access.
Going live is more than a deployment: every page is prerendered at build time so it serves its own HTML, and we document how we make a Lovable site readable by Google and AI engines, with before/after measurements.
